All of these complaints are based on the customer actually getting something.

My experience with “power4home” is that I paid money and got nothing:

2008: charged $40 on credit card for information on solar power, Got Nothing

Emailed support@power4home.com got no response

2010: charged $9.97 for shipping and handling of “free” Power4Home DVD. Got nothing.
